REO Experience:

We are a team of experienced brokers and real estate professionals. Our co-leaders, Tilton Quon and Keith Cuddeback are both East Bay natives and licensed Brokers in California with over 50 years of collective experience in the real estate field and corporate environment. We know real estate and we know account management. Our most recent REO accounts are with Downey Savings & Loan and First Federal Bank. Each institution has its own policies and procedures, to which our efficient systems have easily adapted to accommodate THEIR particular style of business.

Our Bank Owned business model is simple: To Buyers & Agents, our team fully
represents the core values of the Bank’s Reo Department and the Bank’s
interest. To that end, we have a dedicated co-leader representing the Bank;
one focal point, one point of contact, one person responsible for getting
results. This co-leader will not represent Buyers and thus avoids any
conflicts of interest.

We have a team of experienced buyer specialists who provide service to buyers

included Alameda County, Contra Costa County and parts of San Joaquin County,
