Our Commitment To You - We are a full time professional real estate team, educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice and licensed by the State of California to provide real estate services. We abide by a strict Code of Ethics to provide you with the highest level of service. As associates with Keller Williams Tri Valley, we are part of one of the strongest networks of professional Realtors in Northern California. We earn our living by serving the needs of homebuyers and sellers with integrity. Our 1% of net sales price savings offer empowers you to take control of many of the activities we would normally perform and thus enables us to pass these valued activities as a financial incentive to you!
Skilled Service - A large part of our work is performed “behind the scenes” previewing homes, researching comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislation and maintaining our professional credentials. For every hour we spend showing you homes, we will have spend numerous hours in preparation. We are constantly acquiring information that will help us to better serve you.
How We are compensated - We work entirely on commission, which we receive only if we initiate and complete a transaction. We are compensated only when all of your needs have been satisfied and you take ownership of your new home. All of the services we provide are uncompensated unless you purchase a home through us.
Your Commitment to Us - We will invest substantial time and effort in locating, negotiating and securing your home and will represent you with unequaled integrity. In return, we request your loyalty – a commitment that you will work with us exclusively and in good faith selecting and purchasing your new home. Additionally, the 1% of net sales price offer is conditional of us being paid by the Seller and subject to approval from your lender.
