Okay, I’m sitting here in Danville California think of starting a blog about Danville and San Ramon homes. But in all honesty, my thoughts are on the upcoming Olympic Games in Beijing China. There has been a lot of turmoil recently in my life. The big “D” word, divorce is on my horizon and I realized that I’m not  the only person facing this and more importantly facing how divorced parents find or maintain homes in the Tri-Valley area including Danville, San Ramon, Alamo, Dublin, Pleasanton ,and Livermore . So, if I had questions, then there must be more people out there facing the same issues. So I thought that with the housing market downturn, the lack of lenders willing to lend money and the general mood of the economy, there are a lot of issues a divorced single parent needs to consider in Real Estate whether your selling, buying or renting.

In my upcoming blogs I’ll try to focus and home values in the Tri-Valley area of the East Bay.  I’ll also focus on the rental market for these cities, since my team also performs Property Management Services. In the meantime, stay tuned for more to come.
